At Vihaya Events, we primarily deal with digital services and event ticketing. As such, physical shipping is rarely applicable. However, for clarity and transparency, we have outlined our shipping and delivery practices below.
1. Digital Products and Tickets
For event tickets, registrations, and other digital services:
- Delivery Method: Tickets are delivered electronically via email to the address provided during registration. They may also be accessible within the Vihaya user dashboard.
- Delivery Time: In most cases, delivery is immediate upon successful payment confirmation. Please allow up to 15-30 minutes for the email to arrive.
- Shipping Costs: There are no shipping fees for digital tickets or services.
2. Physical Goods (Merchandise)
If you purchase physical merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, event kits) through our platform:
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
- Shipping Partners: We use reputable courier services for deliveries.
- Delivery Areas: We currently ship to addresses within India.
- Estimated Delivery: Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days depending on the location.
