Step by step 1 Add a pricing phase0:04 In Pricing, scroll to Pricing Phases and click Add Phase. A phase is an early price that ends on a date or after a number of seats. 2 Name it and set the price0:14 Name it, set the early price, and choose when it ends: a last date, a number of seats, or both. After that the normal price comes back by itself. 3 An early price for each ticket type0:23 Your ticket types get their own early price too. Under Special Tiers, each tier now has a box for the Early Bird phase. Here the Student ticket is 99 instead of 149. 4 Seats at this price0:36 Use Seats at this price to limit it. The first 20 students pay 99, and then the Student ticket goes back to 149. 5 Who pays the platform fee0:45 Under Platform Fee, choose who pays it. Turn on Pass Fee to Attendee and it is added to the ticket price at checkout, so you get your full price. 6 Save0:54 Save your changes. The early prices show on your event page straight away.
