Step by step 1 Open Seating0:03 Reserved seating lets attendees pick their exact seat at checkout, like at a cinema. It is for paid events. In your editor, open Seating. 2 Start from a template0:12 Start from a template, like Cinema, Auditorium, Theatre with balcony or Seminar hall, or draw on a blank grid. We will pick Seminar hall. 3 Rows and limits0:22 Set the rows, the seats in each row, and the most seats one booking can take. Six is the default. Put the stage at the top or the bottom. 4 Add a price category0:31 Each seat category is sold at a ticket price from Pricing. Click Add category, give it a name and link it to a ticket, here the Student ticket. 5 Paint a row0:40 Pick the new category under Paint. Then click a row letter and choose Fill row. The whole row now sells at the student price. 6 Wheelchair seats and aisles0:49 Mark wheelchair seats the same way. Pick Wheelchair and click the seats. Aisle removes a seat to make a walkway. 7 See it as attendees will0:56 Click Attendee view to see the map exactly as people will at checkout. 8 Save1:01 Save.
